We feel that Carp can be caught in just about any weather conditions if you know how it effects them and how to aproach them based on the weathering effects.

We find the BBC weather site to be good for more then a day or two's predictions and it also contains the Barometric pressure readings.

We also recomend the Weather Channel for accurate forecasts of which are long term predictions and can be checked anywhere in the world-ideal for french forecasts, it even has Lunar Phases too.
